Medical
care
The Danang Foundation’s Care of Elderly Monks Program provides medical subsidies to ordained Sangha members aged 60 and above, benefiting over 480 elderly individuals in India since 2009.
Additionally, the foundation extends its impact through mobile clinics and medical teams dedicated to serving rural areas in the Himalayan Region.
Danang Foundation is deeply committed to cultural preservation, actively engaged in the conservation of Buddhist heritage. This includes the crucial efforts of saving and producing Buddhist textbooks, ensuring the continuity of ancient wisdom. The foundation also plays a significant role in the restoration of old stupas, preserving these sacred structures as tangible symbols of cultural and religious history.

Envrionmental Protection
Global warming and adverse climate changes due to manmade causes should and can be avoided. Danang Foundation is committed to promoting recycling and fostering environmental consciousness in individuals, families, organizations and groups.
The foundation has long-term goals of helping to engage monasteries and schools in environmental consciousness through education and other means. In 2013, Danang Foundation donated a recycling truck to Rumtek Monastery, Sikkim.
